Castellano, Korenberg & Co., CPA’s, P.C., is pleased to welcome 6 team members to the firm. Manager Ken Godin, Supervisor John Rizzolo, Senior Accountants Steve D’Amico and James Giovanelli, staff accountant Jack Nicoletti, and Executive Secretary/Marketing Coordinator Doreen Mazzone. These new team members are said to be the first wave of new hires for the growing Long Island firm.
Ken Godin has over 15 years of experience in providing audit services and tax to clients operating in construction, manufacturing, and real estate. He also has significant experience in auditing employee benefit plans. He will be responsible for leading some of the firm’s largest audit engagements and growing the firm’s current accounting and audit service offerings. Prior to joining Castellano, Korenberg & Co., Ken was a senior manager at a national accounting firm.
John Rizzolo has provided clients with audit and tax services for over 20 years. He specialized in clients operating in the service industry and will be a great asset to building the firm’s current accounting, tax, and consulting services to clients who operate as service providers. Prior to joining Castellano, Korenberg & Co., John was a supervisor at a local accounting firm.

Doreen Mazzone has joined the firm as an Executive Secretary and the firm’s first Marketing Coordinator. She will not only provide administrative support to the firm, but will also be responsible for the launch of some of the firm’s new marketing initiatives such as a new website, e-mail newsletter, and celebrating the firms’ 25th anniversary in 2016.
